Policy and Privacy Statement:

We are adamant about protecting your privacy. At stsimportexport.com (STS Import & Export Inc.), we do not use or exchange any client information to third parties.  We will keep track of all customers who place orders online and the information will be kept confidential. Your online orders placed on our site will be secured. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable placing the electronic order you can print the order form, complete it and fax it to us at 416-740-4100 or call us at 416-740-4100.

Please do not send any credit card information through e-mail. As e-mail is not encrypted, the information can be viewed by a third party during transmission.

Retail orders placed need to be picked up with the exception of caterings which have the option for delivery or pick up. All retail and catering orders are to be paid COD. Only wholesale customers are subject to terms and conditions of payment. We accept Debit, Visa, and Mastercard.

Prices quoted on our site do not include PST or GST and are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Shipping:

When you order online or by phone with us, you order everything you need. We also welcome and accept special orders if your items or products of interest are not indicated on our order form. Feel free to add any request to info@stsimportexport.com and we will attempt to accommodate to the best of our ability. Caterings will be delivered on orders with a minimum amount of $200.00 before taxes. Wholesale customers are subject to a delivery charge depending on location and quantity of order. Large or specialty orders require 4-5 days notice prior to delivery. All other orders require minimum of 2 days notice.

Please e-mail info@stsimportexport.com to create your online account with us. Please have all company information available as you will be contacted by telephone prior to the creation of your account. If your orders are delivered on the same day every week we can send you a reminder e-mail if your order is not received by phone or online 3 days prior to the delivery date. Please ensure we have a valid e-mail for your account.
